The Obsessed is an American doom metal band from Potomac, Maryland, led by Scott "Wino" Weinrich. Formed in 1979, they recorded a few demos and played a handful of live shows until they first split up in 1986 when Weinrich joined as lead vocalist for Saint Vitus.

Incarnate is a compilation album by American doom metal band The Obsessed. It consists of tracks taken from a number of rare and unreleased sources, namely their Sodden Jackal and Altamont Nation 7"s, the Hellhound Records What the Hell! compilation, and some unreleased demos.

Completely remastered with 4 added tracks on the deluxe vinyl edition, packaged with all new artwork, photos, and liner notes from Wino.

Initially produced as an exclusive Record Store Day release, we're proud to offer a special edition for our direct sales and mail-order fans and followers, presented on two stunning sky blue and classic black color-merged/swirl vinyl LPs.
