Noisy Swedish Black Metal / Black Ambient. Originally released in 2011 on CD only, this album has finally been unleashed on vinyl. "Potestates Apocalypsis" represents Abruptum's version of the apocalypse and the four riders of doom, featuring black subterranean ambience and a crushing mass of relentless darkness. Abruptum were one of the bands signed by late Mayhem co-founder Euronymous for his legendary cult label Deathlike Silence Productions. Many have have tried to label the band but the words of Euronymous still reflects the spirit of this band best when they signed to DSP in 1991.
