mediaScorpKlub I & II is a collaborative project between French experimental rock band Hifiklub, Brazilian drummer Iggor Cavalera (ex-Sepultura, Soulwax), American guitarist/bassist Alain Johannes (Queens of the Stone Age, Them Crooked Vultures, Eleven), and Canadian visual artist James Kerr (aka Scorpion Dagger). It's a two-part release consisting of ten original instrumental compositions paired with ten animated videos created by Kerr.
The project has been praised for its innovative blend of music and visuals, its powerful and atmospheric soundscapes, and the impressive musicianship of the collaborators.
