Underground rock band from the island of Malta. Formed in December of 1971 between local rock bands The Stampede and The Beatmoors / Orpheus Balzan, they blended the heaviness of Black Sabbath (their name came from the songs "Evil Woman" and "Children of the Grave") with progressive, avant-garde, art, and traditional Maltese elements. Though they recorded low-budget demos between 1973 and their disbandment in 1977, they never professionally released music during their active years.

Just when you thought you had heard it all…. Evil Grave were an exceptionally unique underground rock band from Malta that shook the islands with uncompromising attitude and dark imagery.

Heavily influenced by Black Sabbath & early progressive rock with a traditional Maltese twist, "Death From Malta" gathers together all known existing material from the band. Features 15 minute track: Machinery.
