Total Armsvett - Anarki A Frihet is a compilation album by the Swedish hardcore punk band Total Armsvett, which later evolved into the band Disarm. It features demo material from the band's early days. The album was released in 2023 by a fan club on vinyl format.

The album features 20 tracks of raw, feral, Discharge-influenced hardcore with maximum noise, intensity, and brutality. The songs on the album  were written during Total Armsvett's time as a band, with some tracks recorded after they changed their name to Disarm.

Anarki A Frihet has received positive reviews, with critics praising its energy and aggression. It is considered a great representation of Swedish hardcore punk in the early 1980s.
