Pantera is an American heavy metal band formed in Arlington, Texas in 1981 by the Abbott brothers, and currently composed of vocalist Phil Anselmo, bassist Rex Brown, and touring musicians Zakk Wylde and Charlie Benante.
I Am the Night is the third studio album by American heavy metal band Pantera, released in October 1985, through Metal Magic. It was the last Pantera album to feature lead singer Terry Glaze.
