The Obsessed's Live at Big Dipper is an authorized bootleg of the band's performance at the Big Dipper in Beltsville, Maryland on April 29 and 30, 1984. The album was released in 2020 by Blues Funeral Recordings.

The album features the original Obsessed lineup of Scott "Wino" Weinrich (guitar, vocals), Mark "Professor Dark" Laue (bass), and Dave "The Slave" Flood (drums). The band was at the height of their powers at this time, and the album captures their raw, aggressive sound perfectly.

The setlist features a mix of songs from the band's first two albums, The Obsessed (1986) and So Below (1989), as well as a few covers, including Black Sabbath's "Iron Man" and Blue Öyster Cult's "Cities on Flame with Rock 'n' Roll."

Live at Big Dipper is a must-have for fans of doom metal and heavy metal in general. It is a raw and powerful document of a band at the peak of their powers.
