Heartattack is a hardcore punk compilation album released in 1985 by New Red Archives. The album features 14 songs by 14 different bands, all of whom were associated with the New York hardcore punk scene in the early 1980s.

The album is a showcase of the diverse sounds of the New York hardcore punk scene in the early 1980s. The songs range from the fast and furious hardcore of Agnostic Front and Cro-Mags to the more melodic and introspective hardcore of Youth of Today and Gorilla Biscuits.
