Eat a Peach is the third studio album by the Allman Brothers Band, released in February 1972. It is a double album, containing a mix of live and studio recordings. The album was released six months after the death of founding member Duane Allman.

The album was a commercial success, reaching number 4 on the Billboard 200 chart. It has been certified 4x Platinum by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA). The album is considered to be one of the greatest albums of all time.

The album's live recordings were made at the Fillmore East in New York City in 1971. The studio recordings were made at Criteria Studios in Miami, Florida in 1970 and 1971.

The album's most famous track is "Mountain Jam", a 22-minute instrumental jam that was recorded live at the Fillmore East. The song features some of the band's most iconic guitar work from Duane Allman and Dickey Betts.
