No Stranger to the Dark is a compilation album by American singer-songwriter Gregg Allman, released on June 1, 2002. It features songs from his three Epic/Sony Records albums (1987-1997) as well as live and unreleased tracks.
The album is a retrospective of Allman's solo career, showcasing his soulful vocals and bluesy songwriting. It includes some of his most popular songs, such as "I'm No Angel," "Ocean Awash the Gunwale," "Demons," and "Before the Bullets Fly."
The album was a commercial success, reaching number 106 on the Billboard 200 chart and selling over 200,000 copies in the United States. It was certified gold by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA) in 2003.
