New Mexican Doom Cult - Necropolis (Cassette)

"Necropolis" is the third studio album by the Swedish psychedelic stoner/doom/fuzz band New Mexican Doom Cult, released by Ozium Records on February 26, 2023. The album was recorded at Studio Humbucker in Gävle, Sweden and produced by the band themselves. It is a concept album based on the theme of death and the afterlife.

The album received critical acclaim upon its release. AllMusic reviewer Fred Thomas gave the album 4 out of 5 stars, stating that "Necropolis is a well-crafted and performed album that is sure to appeal to fans of psychedelic and doom metal."
