Kadavar's third studio album, Berlin, was released on August 21, 2015 by Nuclear Blast. It is the first album to feature their new bassist, Simon Bouteloup. It also includes a cover of Nico's song "Reich der Träume" as a bonus track.
The album was recorded at Tonstudio Kohllöffel in Berlin, Germany. It was produced by Kadavar themselves, with assistance from Oliver Röhl.
Berlin is more progressive and experimental than Kadavar's previous albums. It incorporates elements of various genres, including hard rock, stoner rock, and psychedelic rock.
