Politique d’expédition
A. Order Processing:
1. Orders are processed on a first come first served basis. We try to process orders as quickly as possible. Orders need to be received by 12:00 AM CST to have the possibility of being shipped the same day. Most orders are processed and shipped the following day. Depending upon when the order is received, you may receive an email stating our intent to process and ship on the following day. At a minimum, you will receive an email with the tracking information after the order is processed and prior to shipment. Most packages are picked up daily by the carrier.
B. Shipping: General.
1. Shipping options are offered with all purchases ordered from our website and chosen by the customer. If a faster option is not chosen by the customer but is available for a lesser price that option will be selected by us to provide the timeliest shipping experience and to ensure our best shipping time ratings across platforms.
2. We offer shipping options from USPS (United States Postal Service), UPS, FedEx, and DHL. The cost of shipping is decided upon by the carrier and is calculated by the weight we provide per item. Every item in our inventory is individually weighed to ensure the customer gets an accurate shipping cost. We do not have any control over the cost of shipping, nor do we charge extra for shipping.
3. The most expensive item to ship is one item. The more items you ship, the cheaper the shipping cost is per item. We offer free shipping options for all our products over a certain dollar amount.
4. All products are shipped in the exact same packaging as we receive them. Any alterations to the packaging will be explained in the product description.
5. We do not ship damaged items to our customers. That does not mean there could be minor cosmetic flaws that went unnoticed. No matter how good we mail your items, carriers often treat items in a rough manner causing seam splits, corner bends, and other cosmetic damage. We recommend having us repack your records to eliminate the cause of several vinyl shipping problems and allow us to take another look at the album for obvious damage prior to shipping.
6. Shipping insurance through Shipsurance is included with all purchases free of charge and will provide up to $5,000 USD of protection in the event your package is lost, stolen, or damaged. We will assist all customers in processing a shipping insurance claim. See below for information on how to process a claim.

We currently do not offer free shipping for this service.

a. Canada: customers must choose the shipping option they want. All duties are collected, so there will be no additional charges when the package arrives.

F. Shipping Insurance Claims:
1. Customers can request a shipping insurance claim for lost, damaged, or stolen shipments by sending us an email and reporting the claim. You must have validation from us that the email was received and a response from us stating we are processing your claim.
2. Once we process your claim, you will receive an email immediately from Shipsurance showing your claim is pending. Shipsurance will notify the customer and us about any requests for images or documentation. Customers should be ready to provide any information requested by the insurance company. Pictures of the damaged packaging, pictures of the damaged product, and the customers’ PayPal email address are most often requested. We will provide a copy of the invoice if not provided by the customer and submit a follow-up email to the customer for any requests. Customers will be asked to validate all information prior to final approval.
2. Additional shipping insurance for a shipping label does not stack or combine with coverage provided by the carrier.
3. You can submit an insurance claim for most shipments 24 hours after an order has shipped. Standard Claims must be filed within 120 days of the shipment date.
G. Vinyl Record Shipping:
1. Vinyl records can be shipped via USPS media mail in the USA (the cheapest option, but the longest to receive), unless the customer chooses a different shipping option. International customers will choose the method of shipping they prefer based upon the services offered.
2. The majority of mass-produced vinyl records (example: Black Sabbath, AC/DC) come sealed and most others do not. Most of our vinyl records are limited edition, small pressings that come from the factory not sealed. There is nothing that says a record must be sealed to be new. Shipping unsealed records is the only way to ensure no seam splits into the record jacket from the sharp edges of the vinyl. The preferred method for shipping vinyl records is to open all sealed records prior to shipment, place the record jacket into a record bag with the vinyl outside the record jacket and inside of the bag. Customers will have the option upon checkout to select whether or not they want their vinyl records shipped sealed or unsealed. If the customer chooses to keep any sealed records sealed for shipment, we will not provide a refund for seam-split record jackets.
3. All vinyl records will be shipped in high-quality, brand-new shipping boxes specifically designed to provide adequate protection for shipping vinyl. Extra materials designed to protect the product being shipped will be utilized as necessary.
H. Compact Disc Shipping:
